8th Annual Italian Film Festival
The ever popular Italian Film Festival returns for its 8th year with ten acclaimed Italian movies never before seen in Minnesota, including, for the first time, a silent film with live accompaniment by local avant-garde band Sun Silo. From Thursday, February 18 through Sunday, February 21, this year’s festival is a mix of documentaries, dramas, and comedies that will take viewers on a spectacular journey through the landscapes and stories of Italy and its people.
Sponsored by the Italian Cultural Center, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the best of Italian life and culture to all people in Minnesota, the Italian Film Festival will be screened on the Film Society of Minneapolis St. Paul’s Screen Three at the St. Anthony Main Theatre, 115 SE Main Street, Minneapolis.
All movies are shown in Italian with English subtitles.
