25-year-old Ariel has abandoned his studies in Montevideo to focus, in his own casual way, on organizing and protesting with student groups. But when he learns of his father death, he returns to his hometown of Salto only to find that he has inherited a pile of debts and all the complications that go with them. This satirical coming of age mixes the passion for activism with the sobering realities of life - its sincerity resting on the shoulders of Felipe Dieste subtle and believable performance as Ariel.
