Limited tickets remain for April 10. The April 11 screening at Edina is RUSH ONLY.

Director Dr. Jessica Zitter Attending. In conversation with End in Mind founder and TPT & MPR journalist Cathy Wurzer on April 11.

Betty Clark is an 80-year-old, African American chaplain. Dr. Jessica Zitter is a white, Jewish physician at The Wilma Chan Highland Hospital Campus in Oakland, California. Over the last two decades they have been broken from the usual distant relationship between the scientific and spiritual to work together to help evolve palliative care.

Chaplain Betty has worked to help guide Dr. Zitter to see the biases that doctors often bring to the patient. When the chaplain begins to face her own health issues, Dr. Zitter takes on her care which not only allows the chaplain to see firsthand the challenges of being a doctor, but helps cement their friendship. Directed by Jessica Zitter, The Chaplain & The Doctor is a moving documentary that helps us understand the potential of science and spirit.
