Julie is a 15-year-old tennis prodigy whose coach is suddenly under investigation after one of his students kills herself. Pushed by teammates and investigators to testify, Julie does her best to immerse herself in her game while trying to reconcile the reverberations of her silence.

Perhaps the most promising young tennis player in Belgium, Julie comes from a family of modest means, and she fights for every opportunity. Readying herself for national trials, she is stunned when her coach is accused of misconduct with another one of the students, who has committed suicide. Investigations begin, her mother and fellow players urge her participation, but Julie has one goal in mind: to become a tennis champion and to keep quiet. Tessa Van den Broeck, herself an incredible tennis player, is stunning as Julie, in Leonardo Van Dijl’s Cannes Film Festival award-winning feature debut.
