About the Film

Some husbands give flowers. Brian built his wife the perfect nipple.

Emmy-winning director Justinsuperstar tells the love story of his parents in his feature documentary, Mom & Dad's Nipple Factory.

When Randi receives a breast cancer diagnosis and unilateral mastectomy, her devoted and introverted husband Brian sets out on a mission to boost her morale in the only way he knows how: innovation. The quiet and quirky father of five retreats to his makeshift lab in the corner of their modest Midwest home only to emerge with extraordinary custom prosthetic nipples; a development that would lead him and Randi to launch a business with the power to change thousands of lives. In this feature documentary, their once-estranged son, Emmy-winning filmmaker Justinsuperstar, beautifully captures his parents' four-decades-long love story and simultaneously unlocks conversations around breast cancer and its impact on family, community, and society at large.
